About 2 years ago, as I was training for a marathon, my knees began to hurt and I could no longer run as I used to. I was so disappointed because I never got to do my marathon. Ever since then my exercise has been hit and miss. I'll be really good for a few weeks and then something comes up and I don't get back into it for a while! Well Jared and I have been seeing these commercials for the P90X workout and he wanted to try it. It's based on the concept of muscle confusion so not only does it stay interesting but your body works harder when switching up the routines; and it's only 90 days. Since Jared's birthday was September 2, I decided to buy P90X. I found it on eBay for pretty cheap. So, since I cannot run very far at this point, I am making a new 90 day commitment to do this program. I am on Day 2 and I absolutely love it. I wake up in the morning and do the hour or so routine before work!! I am more awake and energized all day and it's awesome to get back to doing some consistent exercise. I took some before pictures so we'll see the new me in 90 days!!
This guy I worked with is obsessed with P90X! Basically his philosophy is if it makes you cry, then it's a good workout. He's crazy, but I'm also super jealous that I'm not that motivated. You are awesome! Let me know if you want to know more about the crying...and other stuff from him. :)

My husband would be so jealous! He has been very intrigued by the P90X commercials. You'll have to let us know how it goes.
