P90X Update

I officially ended my 6th week of P90X. It's fantastic!!! I love it so much. I really didn't know if I would be able to do this for the full 90 days but it's so much fun. Each day is a different workout! I have done some pilates before but this program includes yoga which I haven't done. It has come to be my favorite workout, along with Kenpo karate. Not only do I feel good from the workouts, but it really feels good to know that I can be committed to something for that long.

How do you feel now? I don't know much about it, but I'd love to know more! I can barely run in Salt Lake because of the high altitude and pollution-definitely different from the east and ID. Help! haha

My little brother has been doing P90X and keeps telling me I need to do it. I don't know if I am strong enough! I am glad to hear that you like it though, maybe I'll have to give it a try! :)
