What's Up?

Lots of things have been going on lately keeping Jared and I pretty busy!! Two weeks ago I babysat my cute cousins in Rexburg. We had so much fun!!! They are such fun kids. It was so awesome to hang out with them but I think my favorite part was watching Aysia. She's such a doll. This picture is of her playing the drums in Rock Band. I wish she was looking at the camera. She has the cutest face!!!While I was in Rexburg, Jared had to stay and work . I didn't see him for a whole week. It's the longest we've been away from each other since we've been married. Well, the Tuesday night I was gone, he played church basketball and five minutes into the game he got elbowed in the eye. I posted some pictures of his eye the days following. It's still pretty colorful and tender but that hasn't stopped him from playing ball. THe first picture was 3 days after it happened. The second picture was 6 days after "elbow to eye" incident. The last picture was 10 days after, so yesterday!! Also last weekend we moved out of our townhouse into a new apartment. We are still in the same ward and love it!! (The ward, not the apartment!!) This "new" apartment has only 10 minutes of hot water, a fire alarm that goes off every two minutes as soon as you get in the shower, no dishwasher, a funky smell that I have tried to cover up by burning my Scentsy 24/7, and we live above another couple so I'm always tiptoeing around to make sure we're not too noisy. Oh and did I mention the bathroom is carpeted!! Other than that, no complaints.....Life is good!! Jared completes his rotation on the 27th and then we're headed to Arkansas to visit my family for a week!! We are extremely excited. Jared then starts his final rotation and 8 weeks later....GRADUATION!!! Yea!!
