What's Happenin'

After 8 weeks in San Diego, Jared and I got back to Pocatello last Saturday. We left on Thursday and drove to Las Vegas where we stopped and stayed with our friends, The Bohnes. It was so much fun! Their boys had ball practice that night so we tagged along and Jared was in heaven. I'm not much of a ball player and I can't throw at all so he was excited to help with practice and play catch with some people who actually knew what they were doing! We stayed overnight and hung out for a few hours on Friday. They are such a fun bunch!! Bohnes, if you're reading this, thanks again for letting us barge in!! We thoroughly enjoyed our time with you. We left Las Vegas and drove to Salt Lake where we stayed with my grandma and my sis Ali. It was tons of fun. We watched what few fire works we could see from the balcony and then visited a little. We left on Saturday and finally came home. It was fun to stop and see family and friends along the way. It made the drive seem a lot shorter and we enjoyed visiting people we hadn't seen in a while.

Since we've been back, I started working again and will work until dental hygiene school starts in August. Jared has been studying and doing school work. We've had quite a bit of time to relax and I enjoy being back in the routine. Not much else is going on. Just enjoying summer and the nice weather we finally have here!! We do miss Jared's family!! They are in Nauvoo right now doing the pageant. They left 4 days before we got home and by the time they get back, it will have been 3 months since we last saw them. We miss them a lot!!

We are so glad you "barged in"! We all had a blast. We think you guys are "Da Bomb"! Thanks for staying with us, we just wish you could've stayed longer. Hopefully we'll atleast see Jared in Park City. Have fun at girl's camp.

Let me know how the Bakerella Peanut Butter Cake turns out. With Mike's PB addiction, I keep thinking I need to make it. :-) We'll be heading down for a visit when the family gets back into town. We'll see you guys too right? I still haven't seen your wedding pics.
