So Much For Frequent Updates!

Originally when we first got internet I was so excited because that meant I could update this thing anytime I wanted and I would keep track of things happening in our lives so much EASIER! We saw that how worked out! The internet decided it didn't like and began to work so slow! Then it just got tired and would shut off. I couldn't even type google.com in the address bar before it decided to close. ANNOYING! So the internet and I rarely hung out. And so we come to today!

Now I guess its time once again for the notorious all-at-once update, so for those of you who have a life....we are doing GREAT!!! THE END

For those who have a little extra time on their hands...

Jared finally graduated from physical therapy school on May 9th. Hallelujah!! He is now preparing for his national exams in order to actually start working. He was offered a job in Blackfoot, ID so we will continue to live here in Pocatello. WOO HOO! His family is close and we are grateful for him to have a great job! Here is a picture of him with his parents at graduation and of the two of us at his class banquet the night before!!

I had a birthday in April so I am officially a quarter of a century old!! We hung out with a few friends, went to dinner, and played Laser Tag! And I'm proud to say I actually WON both games!! Birthday luck, I guess! I also finished my certifications and am hoping to start a business in the near future. So I am now a certified nutrition/wellness consultant and a certified pre/post natal exercise instructor!! YAY!!

We went to Rexburg the end of April and saw Rockapella in concert! It was so awesome!! If you haven't heard of them, they are a group of five guys who sing a ton of different popular songs acapella! Look them up on YouTube...they are sweet!! If you ever watched "Where in the World is Carmen Sandiego?" growing up, you'll recognize them!

Last weekend we went to Utah to hang out with my dad, who flew in from Arkansas and my sis and her husband!! It was great to see all of them. We ate a lot and enjoyed the beautiful weather! I'm so excited for SUMMER to finally be here. We also saw the coolest rainbow on the way down in the gigantic rainstorm!

On a final note, we found out a few months ago that there will soon be ANOTHER member of the McKee's!! Our new baby is due November 29, which just happens to be my sister Hannah's birthday. We don't know many details yet, other than we are so excited!! For a first pregnancy it has been going really well so far. Not too many things to complain about, luckily! I am a BIG WIMP! We went in today for our 2nd appt and finally got to hear the heartbeat! What an amazing thing. Up until this point it just hasn't felt real...I haven't been too sick or gained any weight so to actually hear the baby in there was such a relief and a miracle! There are 7 grandkids on Jared's side (all boys, so I'm hoping for the first girl!) and this will be the first for my family! We told our families on Mother's Day and it was so awesome!! I am currently 13 weeks so they were surprised we could keep it a secret from them for so long!!

As I sit here thinking about anything else to update, nothing comes to mind. So I guess if my memory comes back, I will just hop onto my easily accesible internet connection and add something else. Hope everyone's doing well. We love you all and hope that if you are ever up this way you will stop by and visit or just maybe wave as you drive by us on I-15.
